Sonia Lazo is an illustrator from small and tropical El Salvador, also currently a tattoo apprentice. She started drawing as a way to express herself and a form of therapy, sharing her work on social media and eventually creating her own brand where she sells her work as well as different types of illustrated products. Her themes revolve around the concept of magic, feminism, diversity and queer representation. She has participated in projects and exhibitions in El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Colombia, United States, Spain, Greece, Ukraine and Dubai.
